Temporary closure of B3080 on 17th December 2024 – Update

The Borough, B3080, from the Green Lane turning is closed on 17th December 2024 for emergency sewer work by Bournemouth Water.

Update on B3080 Closure at 13:00 17/12/2024:

South West Water have just contacted me: The B3080 will re-open today (they couldn’t give me a time). Apparently, there has been some miscommunication with the contractor. As this is the SECOND time this has happened, South West Water will escalate and follow up with the Parish Council on Thursday.

The Parish Council were NOT notified of this closure and are so sorry for the confusion and disruption this has caused today. The Parish Council will share any updates from the Contractor and water companies when received.
